- How do I place an order?
Fill out the Order Form. Some chocolates will have deadlines for ordering. Orders placed after that will be filled as available.
- When is payment due?
Payment is due upon pick up or delivery.
- What forms of payment are accepted?
I accept Zelle, credit card and cash. Payment links can be sent through Chase Quick Connect. I can also accept card payments via Tap to Pay at pickup or delivery.
- How much are your chocolates?
Prices vary depending on the item. Refer to the Order Form for current availability and pricing. See the Pricing page for bon bon pricing information.
- How do your chocolates come packaged?
Chocolates come beautifully packaged, suitable for gifting. Boxes are available in 6, 12 and 24 pieces. Sealed bags are available for some items.
- When are chocolates available?
I generally create chocolates once a month during the fall, winter and spring. Sign up on my home page to be notified when chocolates are available or for pre-order flavor announcements.
- What flavors are available?
Flavors vary each month. Bon Bon flavors are announced in advance of the ordering date and are listed on the Order Form. Sign up on my home page to be notified when chocolates are available or for pre-order flavor announcements.
- Where are you located?
Riker Chocolates is a Cottage Business and operates out of my home kitchen – 1204 Huntington Trail, Round Rock 78664.
- Do you deliver?
Delivery is not a standard option but could be available for a fee on large orders. Contact me to discuss.
- Where do I pick up my order?

- Do you ship orders?
The Texas Cottage Food Law does not currently allow cottage businesses to ship orders.
- How long do chocolates last?
These handcrafted chocolates are designed to be eaten, not stored! Best by dates included on the bottom of most boxes assume storage in a cool, dry location. Keep the chocolates out of direct sun and don’t leave them in the car! When stored properly bon bons are best consumed within 7-10 days. If you’d like to store your chocolates for longer, please contact me for the best methods.
- What are the ideal storage conditions for chocolates?
At temperatures between 60°F – 70°F and at a relative humidity of less than 55%.
- What allergens are in your products?
Each box of chocolates lists any specific allergens used in that item. However, my home has most allergens present and since I craft chocolates in my home, I cannot guarantee an allergen free product.
- What if Riker Chocolates cancels my order?
I am the sole Chocolatier at Riker Chocolates. If illness or circumstance prohibits me from filling your order, I will work with you to make alternative arrangements.
